What is our theme and logo for NDP 2022?

Our NDP theme and logo this year is “Stronger Together, Majulah!”. A call for all of us living in Singapore to unite and become stronger as one. This symbolises the strength Singapore has as we all gather and be united to overcome any obstacles.

The logo portrays 2 figures holding hands together which represents how strong Singapore is when all of us are united as one. It forms a heart which symbolises the love for our nation and the fellow citizens who sacrifice for our country. Moreover, it also outlines the number “57” which shows how far Singapore has come since its independence. The five shooting stars on the logo represent Democracy, Peace, Progress, Justice and Equality for all as we move forward together as one nation.

Our theme song this year is titled “ Stronger Together ” and will be performed by inaugural winner of Singapore Idol, Taufik Batisah. This song expresses how Singapore can look forward to a brighter future as we unite and overcome any obstacles ahead. The challenges that Singapore has overcome make us stronger as a nation as we emerge through the pandemic.
