Huge Tennis Tournament brings Hundreds of Thousands of Tennis Fans to Singapore

From Saturday, 20 October for ten days straight, Singapore will be hosting the exciting Women’s Tennis Association (WTA) Finals. While this year will be the last time the Lion City hosts the event, it’s set to draw huge crowds (last year saw 133,000 attend).

Held at the state-of-the-art Singapore Sports Hub right next to the CBD, the surrounding area will also be a hive of activity with exhibitions and fun satellite events taking place. Grammy Award winning artist Jason Mraz will even be performing at the National Stadium on 27 October, for his one and only stop in Asia this year.
