Medan Airport, also known as Kualanamu International Airport, has been accolated the 10th best regional airport in the Southeast Asian Region and the 5th busiest airport in Indonesia in the year 2018. The airport has also not been shy of other awards such as being recognised as a 4-Star Airport by Skytrax Airport Stars from 2015, being the first Indonesian airport to receive the title that is just behind only Changi Airport in Singapore.
Boasting about over 2 million foreign passengers and 8 million domestic passengers in 2018, TPM Outdoors is pleased to announce that we have another premium advertising space in Medan Airport made available for outdoor advertising as shown below:
Placed directly above the security checkpoint’s departure gates for both domestic and international passengers, we have installed a giant LED screen facing passengers who are queuing for security checks & public visitors around popular shopping areas on the 2nd floor such as Cotton On and Kidz Station. This would mean that outside the departure gates with long waiting queues, a travelling passenger would have a near definite possibility of viewing the advertisement if they were not to look down on their phones before checking in.
Also recently in 2012, Medan Airport has seen potential in developing into a Regional Hub due to the signing of an agreement with South Korea’s Incheon International Airport for cooperation into airport services of world-class standards. With our new advertising space, there would be a plethora of opportunities for outdoor advertising, especially with a publicly accessible check-in area (current Indonesian airports restrict access to ticket holders with security at the gate). This means a much larger and more spacious check-in area than the existing airport, making a strong impression on viewership.
